We go to Montana's (restaurant chain) and really enjoy the Fireside Antijitos as an appetizer. We decided to try them at home and came up with this version. If you like it hotter, add hotter peppers or more peppers.

If you slice the cylinders before cooking you can cut the cooking time in half, laying the slices flat.
