How to make it

  • Combine crust ingredients.
  • Press into 9 inch pie plate(bottom and sides)
  • Chill
  • Dissolve coffee in water and set aside
  • Melt chocolate in double boiler then set the bottom of the pan in cold water to cool.
  • Whip the cream until light and fluffy.
  • Add cream and whip until the cream just holds it shape
  • when chocolate is room temp fold gently into cream
  • pour into cookie crust and chill until firm
  • decorate with piped whipped cream and coffee beams if desired.
