Velevety Mocha tart

- 2 tsp instant espresso coffee shopping list
- 2 tbs hot water shopping list
- 6 ounces semi sweet chocolate shopping list
- 1 ounce bittersweet chocolate shopping list
- 11/2 cups whipping cream slightly warmed shopping list
- 1/2 cup whipped cream(to decorate) shopping list
- chocolate covered coffee beans (to decorate) shopping list
- Crust: shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups crushed chocolate wafers shopping list
- 2 tbs superfine sugar shopping list
- 5 tbs melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Combine crust ingredients.
- Press into 9 inch pie plate(bottom and sides)
- Chill
- Dissolve coffee in water and set aside
- Melt chocolate in double boiler then set the bottom of the pan in cold water to cool.
- Whip the cream until light and fluffy.
- Add cream and whip until the cream just holds it shape
- when chocolate is room temp fold gently into cream
- pour into cookie crust and chill until firm
- decorate with piped whipped cream and coffee beams if desired.
