How to make it

  • Heat olive oil in pan add onion salt and pepper and sautee till translucent. Add balsamic vinegar and reduce till vinegar is absorbed in onion. Chill.
  • Mix all ingredients for garlic basil aioli, chill.
  • When ready
  • Heat panini press or skillet.
  • Brush olive oil of toasted side of panini bread.
  • Start building sandwich. One piece of bread on bottom, then roast beef. carmelized onion, gorgonzola, Garlic basil aioli on 2nd piece of bread place on top on gorgonzola. Brush top side of bread with olive oil. Place in press or in skillet toast both sides of bread. Add lettuce if desired.
  • Enjoy
