Roast Beef And Gorgonzola Panini

- Carmelized Onions: shopping list
- 1 Medium onion Julienned shopping list
- 1 tbs. olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- garlic basil Aiolo: shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayo shopping list
- 2-3 leaves of fresh basil chiffonade (Julienned thin) shopping list
- 1 Tbs. roasted garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- Pinch of black pepper shopping list
- Sandwich: shopping list
- 4 slices of Panini bread shopping list
- 8-10 oz. Deli Sliced Thin roast beef shopping list
- 1/4 cup Crumbled gorgonzola shopping list
- Spring Mix shopping list
- 8-10 oz deli sliced thin roast beef shopping list
How to make it
- Heat olive oil in pan add onion salt and pepper and sautee till translucent. Add balsamic vinegar and reduce till vinegar is absorbed in onion. Chill.
- Mix all ingredients for garlic basil aioli, chill.
- When ready
- Heat panini press or skillet.
- Brush olive oil of toasted side of panini bread.
- Start building sandwich. One piece of bread on bottom, then roast beef. carmelized onion, gorgonzola, Garlic basil aioli on 2nd piece of bread place on top on gorgonzola. Brush top side of bread with olive oil. Place in press or in skillet toast both sides of bread. Add lettuce if desired.
