How to make it
- Pizza Dough Directions:
- In a small bowl combine your one cup of water and sugar and yeast.
- Be sure that it is well mixed and that the yeast is active.
- In another large bowl put your yeast mixture into it.
- Slowly add your 1st cup of flour stirring with a spoon until well mixed.
- Now slowly add your second cup of flour in the same manner as about.
- It should start to be coming into a ball.
- Finally add your third cup of flour.
- Now flour a workplace and need your dough for 10-15 minuets until you can work it into a ball.
- Now set your ball of dough into a olive oil coated boil. and pour enough olive oil on the ball to coat. Let stand covered with a towel in the warmest spot in your kitchen. Let rise for 45 minutes.
- After it as risen cut into 3 equal sections.
- Work each one into a ball.
- You should get 3 doughs of equal size from this.
- Coat again with olive oil and let stand covered for 10 minutes.
- Now preheat your oven to 450 while you shape out your pizza's.
- What I do is I have 3 big pizza pans that I again coat with olive oil and push the dough out with me hands till I have the shape I want.
- I'm not as concerned with the shape of them as long as hey taste damn good..:)
- Now bake them pizza's 18-20 minutes and enjoy!!!! :)

I've been on a low carb diet for a while now. So, I'm looking for my carb treat, when I came accross this recipe. It sounds quite authentic and something that I can get the greatest value from as a treat. Thanks.
