Tilapia Parmesan

- 4 tilapia fillets shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 4 tablespoons softened butter shopping list
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Greek , Bay, or italian seasoning separated shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Dash of hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Butter a small baking dish
- Combine the cheese, mayonnaise, butter, onions, ,Salt and pepper, and dash of hot Pepper Sauce
- Lay two of the fillets in the pan
- Spread half the cheese and butter mixture on top of the fish
- Sprinkle with half the Greek , Italian or Old Bay Seasoning
- Stack the other two fillet on top
- Sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice
- Spread with remaining cheese butter mixture, top with sliced onions and remaining Greek Seasoning
- Sprinkle with slice almonds
- Bake until bubbling and brown around the edges
- May run under the broiler to finish.

I'm trying this one tonight. Have it all ready, waiting for hubby to come home. Certainly sounds delicious. Love the sauce already! Although I didn't have plain ol' parmesan cheese, but a mixture of parmesan and two other cheese. I will have to find ...more
