Like a really rich, fudgy brownie but made in a pie pan.

Ingredients
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 C sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C flour
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 1/2 t. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Directions
  1. Melt butter and chocolate over very low heat. cool slightly. add remaining ingredients and mix well. pour into 9" greased pie pan. bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. cool and refrigerate. serve with whipped cream or ice cream and enjoy!
