This recipe was passed around at work. Everyone loved it. Goes good with chips and quacamole

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 3 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon instant chicken boullion
  • 1 teaspoon Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • 1 4oz green chiles, drained
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Directions
  1. Mix all the above ingredients and put in a spring form pan
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  3. Top with Picante Sauce, chopped green onions, black olives(sliced)
  4. and cheddar cheese
  5. Serve with chips
