Got a finicky kid that only eats cheeseburgers? Add some variety with cheeseburger tacos! Easy-to-prepare and fun to eat, they will appeal to even the pickiest of eaters

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey burger
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 package (1.25 ounces) Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) pasteurized prepared cheese
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 package (12) Taco Shells
  • Toppings: shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sweet pickle relish, chopped onion, ORTEGA® Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce

Directions
  1. BROWN beef; drain.
  2. Stir in water and seasoning mix.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes or until thickened.
  5. Add cheese and mustard; stir until cheese is melted.
  6. FILL taco shells with beef mixture.
  7. Top with lettuce, tomato, relish, onion and taco sauce.
