Ingredients
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 16-oz can of corn
  • 16-oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 package envelope dry chili seasoning mix
  • 1 lb. ground beef (extra lean) cooked and drained
  • 1 egg that has been beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 3/4 cup of cornmeal

Directions
  1. combine cornmeal,milk,and egg
  2. stir in meat,seasoning,tomatoes,and corn until well blended
  3. pour into cooker
  4. cover and cook on high for 1 hour,then on low for about 3 hours
  5. sprinkle with cheese and let stand until cheese is melted
