Quick Herb Crackers Recipe

	Peetabear / All my dishes 1 year, 9 months ago these are a thin crisp cracker that have Italian seasoning baked on them.. they are very quick to make.. I have not tried this recipe.. It come from a Gifts from the Kitchen cookbook.. Prep:10m Cook:5m Servings:6	Peetabear

Ingredients

1 ( 16 oz. ) package of egg roll wrappers

3 TBSP. olive oil

3 TBSP. water

3/4 teasp. garlic salt

3/4 teasp. dried Italian seasoning

1/4 - 1/2 teasp. red pepper

Parmesan cheese

Directions

cut each egg roll wraper into 4 strips with kitchen shears

on a lightly greased baking sheet arrange in a single layer

set aside..

preheat oven to 375 ' F

in a bowl combine oil, water, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and red pepper

brush mixture onto each strip

bake for 5 - 6 minutes or until golden

sprinkle lightly with parmesan cheese

remove from baking sheet and cool on a wire rack

store in air tight container

make 6 dozen crackers
