How to make it

  • cut each egg roll wraper into 4 strips with kitchen shears
  • on a lightly greased baking sheet arrange in a single layer
  • set aside..
  • preheat oven to 375 ' F
  • in a bowl combine oil, water, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and red pepper
  • brush mixture onto each strip
  • bake for 5 - 6 minutes or until golden
  • sprinkle lightly with parmesan cheese
  • remove from baking sheet and cool on a wire rack
  • store in air tight container
  • make 6 dozen crackers
