these are a thin crisp cracker that have Italian seasoning baked on them.. they are very quick to make.. I have not tried this recipe.. It come from a Gifts from the Kitchen cookbook..

Ingredients
- 1 ( 16 oz. ) package of egg roll wrappers
- 3 TBSP. olive oil
- 3 TBSP. water
- 3/4 teasp. garlic salt
- 3/4 teasp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 - 1/2 teasp. red pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- cut each egg roll wraper into 4 strips with kitchen shears
- on a lightly greased baking sheet arrange in a single layer
- set aside..
- preheat oven to 375 ' F
- in a bowl combine oil, water, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and red pepper
- brush mixture onto each strip
- bake for 5 - 6 minutes or until golden
- sprinkle lightly with parmesan cheese
- remove from baking sheet and cool on a wire rack
- store in air tight container
- make 6 dozen crackers
