this works for a main dish or appetizer. Cut the muffins in quarters to use as an appetizer

Ingredients
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 2 cups prepared cheese spread (I like to use the pimento cheese spread)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 7 oz can or 1/2 pound fresh or frozen crab
  • 6 English muffins, split

Directions
  1. Soften butter and cheese to room temp
  2. Mix butter, cheese, mayo, salt and crab.
  3. Spread on split muffins, place on cookie sheets.
  4. Broil until bubbly and crisp.
