Grilled Garlic Steak Salad Recipe

Ingredients

STEAK SALAD

1pd Beef boneless sirloin steak; 1-1.5inc thick

1 Large red/yellow bellp peper cut into strips

1 cup Sliced mushroom

1/8tsp Pepper

1/4tsp Salt

6 cups Bite-sized pieces of salad greens

SPICY GARLIC DRESSING

1/3 cup Olive oil

2tbsp Chopped fresh parsley

3tbsp Red wine vinegar

1tbsp Lemon juice

2 Cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/2tsp Crushed red pepper

Directions

STEAK SALAD

Heat stove

Make spicy garlic dressing (below) & reserve 1/4 cup.

Cover & grill beef over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning once or until desired doneness.

Toss bell peppers & mushrooms with 2tbsp of dressing

Place in pan grill

Cover for 5minutes shaking to turn vegtable occasionally or until bell peppers are crisp but still tender

Sprinkle beef with salt & pepper and cut into 1/4 inch slices.

Toss beef in reserved 1/4 cup dressing

Place salad greens, vegtables & beef in large bowl.

Add remainig dressing & toss.

SPICY GARLIC DRESSING

Shake all the ingredients together in a tightly, covered container
