How to make it

  • Heat stove
  • Make spicy garlic dressing (below) & reserve 1/4 cup.
  • Cover & grill beef over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning once or until desired doneness.
  • Toss bell peppers & mushrooms with 2tbsp of dressing
  • Place in pan grill
  • Cover for 5minutes shaking to turn vegtable occasionally or until bell peppers are crisp but still tender
  • Sprinkle beef with salt & pepper and cut into 1/4 inch slices.
  • Toss beef in reserved 1/4 cup dressing
  • Place salad greens, vegtables & beef in large bowl.
  • Add remainig dressing & toss.
  • Shake all the ingredients together in a tightly, covered container
