Ingredients
  • Sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 10 oz cool whip, thawed
  • 2 1/2 to 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • any fresh fruit like peaches, strawberries, kiwi, bananas, or blueberries

Directions
  1. Roll out sugar cookie dough on pizza pan and bake for 20 minutes
  2. mix and cook until boils the orange juice, sugar, and cornstarch then cook 2 minutes longer
  3. Will be thicky and shiney
  4. cream together the cream cheese, cool whip and the powdered sugar
  5. Spread over cooled cookie dough
  6. Place fruit in a circle on this mixture or as desired
  7. Pour hot mixture over fruit while still hot
  8. Cool in refrigerator for about an hour

I was going to say that i couldn't find your fruit pizza... but yet i did..thankss Zena824. Yeah!!! that's sound like it the one i been wanted to make...i ate that all the times at work...and wondering how to make the shinny one that pour on top of fruit...thankssss so much...I'll let you know how it turn out...


This recipe was great! We ended up substituing peanut butter cookie mix for the sugar cookie and it was amazing!! :-)

Alterations


Instead of using sugar cookie dough, you can also use cresent roll dough. or any of the pillsbury pastry dough, it's much less sweet that way!
