Ingredients

1/4 cup tahini (sesame-seed paste)

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 cloves garlic, sliced

1/2 cup yogurt

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp oriental soya sauce

2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process till smooth.

Serve at room temperature.
