How to make it

  • Combine crumbs with sugar then mix in melted butter until well moistened.
  • Pat into a small spring form pan.
  • In medium bowl cream together cream cheese and sugar.
  • Add eggs and yolk and beat for 3 minutes on medium with a handheld electric mixer.
  • Beat in orange juice, zest, flour and vanilla then beat another 2 minutes.
  • Pour batter into prepared crust and place on rack or aluminum foil ring in crock pot.
  • Cover and cook on high for 3 hours then turn off and leave for 2 hours.
  • Remove from crock pot and cool completely and remove sides of pan.
  • Chill before serving and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
