Creamy Orange Cheesecake In The Crock Pot

- 3/4 cup cookie crumbs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons melted butter shopping list
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate thawed shopping list
- 1 teaspoon orange zest shopping list
- 1 tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Combine crumbs with sugar then mix in melted butter until well moistened.
- Pat into a small spring form pan.
- In medium bowl cream together cream cheese and sugar.
- Add eggs and yolk and beat for 3 minutes on medium with a handheld electric mixer.
- Beat in orange juice, zest, flour and vanilla then beat another 2 minutes.
- Pour batter into prepared crust and place on rack or aluminum foil ring in crock pot.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 hours then turn off and leave for 2 hours.
- Remove from crock pot and cool completely and remove sides of pan.
- Chill before serving and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
