Ingredients
  • Italian or French Bread
  • 5 Anchovy filets (from a jar or a tin)
  • 3 tbs Butter
  • 3 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 tbs Garlic Powder
  • 4 tbs Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Pinch of Black Pepper

Directions
  1. Combine all the ingredients (except for the bread) and mash them together. This is easiest to do in a food processor, but it can be done in a bowl if you cut the anchovies into the butter with a knife and fork. Mix into a paste.
  2. Cut the bread lengthwise and spread the mixture on it evenly with a fork.
  3. Wrap the bread loosley in aluminum foil and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
  4. Open the top of the foil and bake another 2 minutes.
  5. Eat if you dare!
