Tiramusu Ice Cream

- 30ml coffee shopping list
- (strong coffee - powdered - I use granuals) shopping list
- 80ml boiling water shopping list
- 30ml coffee liquer shopping list
- 500ml fresh cream (whipping cream) shopping list
- 397g (1 can) condensed milk shopping list
- 60ml milk shopping list
- 1pct Boudoir biscuits shopping list
- 20ml cocoa for sifting shopping list
How to make it
- Combine coffee, water & liquer and set aside to cool
- Whip cream until stiff
- Beat in the condensed milk and 1/2 the coffee mixture
- Combine remaining coffee mixture with the milk & brush generously over both sides of the Boudoir biscuits
- Line a 20cm square cake pan with foil
- Spoon 1/2 the condensed milk mixture into the pan and top with the biscuits
- Cover with remaining condensed milk misture and place in freezer until frozen
- Turn out of pan and remove foil
- Sift cocoa lightly over the top
- Cut into squares and serve immediately!!!!!!!!
