Great use for round steak or beef stew meat.

Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs. Round Steak or Beef Stew Meat
- 1-2 T Oil
- 1 Envelope (10oz) Onion Soup Mix
- 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom
- Hot Noodles or Rice
Directions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add meat and brown til done
- In a bowl, combine soup mix and cream soup
- Pour soup mixture into crockpot, add browned meat
- Cook in crockpot on LOW 6-7 hours.
- Serve over hot noodles or rice.
