Ingredients

1-2 lbs. Round Steak or Beef Stew Meat

1-2 T Oil

1 Envelope (10oz) Onion Soup Mix

2 Cans Cream of Mushroom

Hot Noodles or Rice

Directions

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add meat and brown til done

In a bowl, combine soup mix and cream soup

Pour soup mixture into crockpot, add browned meat

Cook in crockpot on LOW 6-7 hours.

Serve over hot noodles or rice.
