A great recipe for a steak dinner at home. Serve with your favorite Potato and Salad! :)

Ingredients
  • 2 TB Soft Brown Sugar
  • 1 TB 5 Spice Powder (Aniseed, Fennel, Cinnamon, Cloves & Pepper)
  • 1 tsp Extra Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Chipotle Chili
  • 2 TB Liquid Smoke
  • OR
  • 2 TB Sherry Wine
  • *******************
  • Butter
  • Shallots
  • 2 Club Steaks

Directions
  1. Rub paste on Steaks.
  2. Marinade for 1/2hour or more depending on the thickness.
  3. Then, take out your favorite pan.
  4. Place a knob of Butter in pan, saute the shallot till translucent.
  5. Add Steaks, cook 4 minutes each side till medium rare.
  6. Delicious!
