Ingredients

10 white tofu

1 egg

1/4 teaspoon of pepper

1/2 teaspoon of salt

50 grams of flour

Oil (for frying)

Directions

Beat eggs with pepper and salt

Dip tofu and flour into mixture

Put oil into the pan and heat

Dip mixture into it

Fry it until it turns brown

For an italian twist to this.. use italian flavored bread crumbs instead of flour. dip in marinara and you got some yummy tofu!!
