Ingredients

How to make it

  • In skillet, melt butter and saute onion until tender
  • Stir in flour and salt and pepper until blended
  • Add milk and cream stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil
  • Lower heat and stir for one minute or so
  • With heat on low, add cheeses and stir until melted.
  • Add ham and asparagus and heat through
  • Serve on toast or biscuits.
