Chocolate Chip Upside Down Cake Recipe
Friends and family will definately be impressed by this cake when you make it... it goes great with vanilla ice cream.....or alone with your favorite cup of coffee....

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (12 ounces)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups miniature marshmellows
  • 1 german chocolate cake mix (18 1/4 ounces)

Directions
  1. In a small saucepan, heat water and butter until butter is melted.
  2. Stir in brown sugar; mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle with coconut, chocolate chips, pecans and marshmellows.
  5. Prepare cake mix according to package directions; carefully pouring over marshmellows.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
  7. Cool for ten minutes before inverting cake onto a serving plate
