Cincinnati Chili

- 1 quart water shopping list
- 2 lbs. raw ground beef shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp. cumin seed shopping list
- 2 large onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 3 bay leaves shopping list
- 2 tbsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp. salt shopping list
- 1 ½ tsp. ground allspice shopping list
- ½ tsp. red pepper shopping list
- 6 oz. can tomato paste shopping list
- 1 ½ tbsp. cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
How to make it
- Crumble raw ground beef into water.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer 3 hours.
- Remove garlic and bay leaves from chili.
- Serve chili over hot dogs and buns for coneys or over spaghetti. Sprinkle either with grated cheddar cheese.
