German Cucumber Salad Recipe

Ingredients

2 large english cucumber (over 12 inches in length and 2 inch radius)

salt and pepper to taste

2 tbs fresh (dried is okay too) chopped parsely

2 cups cream (regular whipping cream, no sugar please)

Directions

Peel and hinly slice cucumbers. (4 mm thick)

Place in medium sized serving bowl.

Salt and set aside. Let rest 30 minutes.

Drain all excess water.

Pour in cream.

Add parsley andsalt and pepper to taste.

Serve chilled not cold.
