How to make it

  • Place fillets in ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish. Drizzle with salad dressing,sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
  • Bake ,uncovered,at 400 for 10 mins. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3-5 mins. longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • and cheese is melted.

    Wow...always looking for a way to get my boyfriend (who claims to hate fish tho he's never really eaten much) to try it. Cheese, creamy dressing, buttery crackers on a not too "fishy" fish...I think this one will be a winner. Can't wait to try it out! Thanks!
