Orange And Dark Chocolate Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour

1/3 tsp. baking soda

1/8 tsp. sea salt

2 T. all natural molasses brown sugar

2 T. applesauce

2 T. olive oil

1 egg

1/4 c. OJ

1 1/2 T. orange zest

1/4 tsp. vanilla

1/2 c. dark chocolate chips

Directions

Put all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in bowl.

Stir until well blended.

Add chocolate and stir.

Bake at 350 F for 15 min. for regular size muffins

*Makes 10 regular size

Bake at 325 for 12 min. for mini muffins

*Makes 2 dozen mini
