These taste just like those Terry's chocolate oranges that you see at Christmas time! Yummy!

Ingredients
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 T. all natural molasses brown sugar
  • 2 T. applesauce
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. OJ
  • 1 1/2 T. orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. dark chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Put all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in bowl.
  2. Stir until well blended.
  3. Add chocolate and stir.
  4. Bake at 350 F for 15 min. for regular size muffins
  5. *Makes 10 regular size
  6. OR
  7. Bake at 325 for 12 min. for mini muffins
  8. *Makes 2 dozen mini
