Cream Cheese Pound Cake

- 1 8oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups margarine or butter shopping list
- 3 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 3 cups white sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour a 10" tube pan or bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy.
- Add eggs two at a time, beating well with each addition.
- Add flour all at once and mix in.
- Add vanilla.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Check for doneness at 1 hour. A toothpick inserted into center of cake should come out clean.
