CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Buckley Estate in Garland, Texas in 1994.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups mashed bananas
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 then grease loaf pan.
  2. Mix all ingredients then pour into pan and bake for 1 hour then cool on wire rack.
