Buttercream-type frosting that isn't overly sweet like American Buttercream usually is.

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 8 ounces Mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups confectioners sugar, sifted
Directions
- Using a hand mixer, beat buffer and cheese until light and creamy. Add sugar and continue beating until smooth.

Although this frosting would be a little expensive here in the states, I can see using it on special cupcakes or petite fours. I'll give it a try. :)
