Ingredients
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 8 ounces Mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar, sifted

Directions
  1. Using a hand mixer, beat buffer and cheese until light and creamy. Add sugar and continue beating until smooth.

Although this frosting would be a little expensive here in the states, I can see using it on special cupcakes or petite fours. I'll give it a try. :)
