Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

24 oz. pkg.hash browns (O'brien)

8 oz. cream cheese

1 stick butter

1 med. sweet onion, chopped

2 cans cream of celery soup

8 oz. Colby-Jack cheese, shredded

Directions

Melt butter (pre-heat oven 350)

saute' onion

add soup and cream cheese

heat over med. heat until smooth

in a 9x13 pan

layer 1/2 potatoes,1/2cheese and 1/2 sauce

then repeat layers.

cover with foil, make slits in foil

bake for 1 hour at 350

Love this because it is made with the celery soup. Celery soup doens't get the raves that it should. It is subtle and adds such a nice flavor to many casseroles. Thanks.
