How to make it

  • Bring heavy cream, chicken broth, and water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add butter, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in grits and reduce heat. Cook 15 to 20 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently. Add cheese in the last 5 min and stir till smooth and melted. Serve immediately

    This sounds good, pure comfort food! I don't know where I can buy grits here..I think they may be an American phenomenon :(
