How to make it

  • Cook fettuccine, drain and cover; keep warm
  • Heat oil in 12" non-stick skillet over medium high until hot.
  • Add onion' cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally
  • Add chicken, bell pepper, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well
  • Cook 5 to 6 minutes or until chicken is golden and no linger pink in center, stirring occasionally
  • Add zucchini, tomatoes and oregano; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until zucchini is tender, stirring occasionally
  • Place cooked fettuccine on a serving platter; spoon chicken and vegetable mixutre over top
  • Sprinkle with cheese and serve with additional cheese, if desired
