I found this on a cake box, have been looking for it forever. It's easy but looks like it took a long time. This cake brings back memories of a favorite aunt, and can be tweaked to your liking.

Ingredients
- Streusel Filling:
- Butter Recipe Cake Mix, divided
- 2 TBS. brown sugar
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- Cake:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream (can use fat free)
- 1/4 c. water or soda of choice. (diet or regular) Orange would make it flavorful.
- 1/4 c. sugar
- Powdered sugar to sprinkle on top..about 1/4 c.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Grease and flour bundt or tube pan
- For Streusel Topping Combine:
- 2Tbs. dry cake mix, brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl.
- Stir in Pecans. Set aside.
- For Cake combine:
- Remaining cake mix, eggs, sour cream, oil, water and sugar in large bowl, beat with electric mixer on low speed until well blended.
- Pour 2/3 of cake batter in bundt pan.
- Sprinkle Streusel Topping over batter.
- Spoon remaining batter evenly over filling.
- Bake at 375 for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 25 minutes.
- Invert onto serving plate, cool completely.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
