Super Sock it to me Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Grease and flour bundt or tube pan
  • For Streusel Topping Combine:
  • 2Tbs. dry cake mix, brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl.
  • Stir in Pecans. Set aside.
  • For Cake combine:
  • Remaining cake mix, eggs, sour cream, oil, water and sugar in large bowl, beat with electric mixer on low speed until well blended.
  • Pour 2/3 of cake batter in bundt pan.
  • Sprinkle Streusel Topping over batter.
  • Spoon remaining batter evenly over filling.
  • Bake at 375 for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool in pan 25 minutes.
  • Invert onto serving plate, cool completely.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
