Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fine grained sea salt
  • 1 teaspoons lime zest, chopped
  • canola oil
  • 12 (6inch) corn tortillas, each cut into 6 wedges

Directions
  1. Combine sea salt and lime zest.
  2. Pour oil to depth of 2 inches into a dutch oven; heat to 350 degrees.
  3. Fry tortilla wedges in small batches in hot oil for about 30 seconds or until golden.
  4. Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with lime salt.
  5. Yield 8 to 10 servings.
