How to make it

  • Combine sea salt and lime zest.
  • Pour oil to depth of 2 inches into a dutch oven; heat to 350 degrees.
  • Fry tortilla wedges in small batches in hot oil for about 30 seconds or until golden.
  • Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with lime salt.
  • Yield 8 to 10 servings.

    These would go well with Borius guacasalsa or picaquaco or quacopico or whatever it is called that he just posted. Hccup - too may margaritas on this side. Cheers !
