Lemon Lime Slush Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 oz) can frozen lemonade, thawed and undiluted

1 (12 oz) can frozen limeade, thawed and undiluted

6 cups crushed ice

5 cups lemon lime soda, chilled

Garnishes: lemon slices and lime slices

Directions

Process half of the lemonade, limeade,and ice in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.

Pour mixture into a 4 quart plastic container.

Repeat process with other half.

Freeze until firm.

Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving; break into chunks.

Add soda; stir until slushy.

Garnish if desired.

Yield 10 cups

This sounds very good. Very similar to my Lime Vodka Slush, but without the hard stuff. My husband would like this, he can't have the hard stuff because of his job. He likes my recipe, but isn't able to have it unless he's off work for several days. I will be trying this for sure! Thank you!
