Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 425
  • Remove skin from chicken, if desired
  • In a small bowl mix oil, soup mix and broth
  • Brush both sides of chicken pieces with about 1/2 the oil mixture
  • In a large bowl mix vegetables and remaining oil mixure
  • Arrange vegetables in an ungreased baking pan
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Place chicken pieces in pan, overlapping vegetables as necessary
  • Bake 35-40 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender and juices of chicken run clear when pierced at thickest piece

    Delicious! Reminds me of a dish I grew up with, but the soup mix adds so much more without any fuss. (Knorr has never steered me wrong)
