Ingredients
  • 1 pkg light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, your favorite
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup finely chopped broccoli (I used canned spinach, drained really well)
  • 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Directions
  1. beat cream cheese, shredded cheese, and pepper until blended.
  2. Stir in broccoli (or spinach). Shape into a ball and roll in crumbled bacon. cover and refrigerate.
  3. remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
