How to make it

  • Preheat oven: 350 degrees
  • Drain peaches but save 1-2 tablespoons of syrup
  • while peaches drain, put crackers into plastic baggy and crush up.
  • Put peaches in bottom of bake dish
  • Place the 4 butter pieces on top of peaches in seperate places
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with maple syrup and peach syrup
  • Sprinkle ALL of the crackers on top.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes until bubbling
  • Open biscuits and put ontop of fruit mixture (you may have to cut some of them to cover entire surfice. I did and also had one left over. Do not overlap the biscuits leave a space bewteen each)
  • Sprinkle with Cinnamon and surgar.
  • Bake for another 30 minutes or until biscuits are fully cooked and browned.
  • Serve along or with ice cream, YUMMY!
