Just Peachy Recipe

Just Peachy Recipe
This was something I just made up. I wanted to make dessert, had a can of peaches, and went to work. Hope you enjoy it as much as my husband and I did!

  • cinnamon
  • maple syrup (2-4 tablespoons depending on desired flavor)
  • white sugar
  • 1 can of biscuits
  • 1 package of cinnamon sugar graham crackers (not the entire box just 1 package about 6 crackers)

  • 8" square baking dish

Directions
  1. Preheat oven: 350 degrees
  2. Drain peaches but save 1-2 tablespoons of syrup
  3. while peaches drain, put crackers into plastic baggy and crush up.
  4. Put peaches in bottom of bake dish
  5. Place the 4 butter pieces on top of peaches in seperate places
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with maple syrup and peach syrup
  7. Sprinkle ALL of the crackers on top.
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes until bubbling
  9. Open biscuits and put ontop of fruit mixture (you may have to cut some of them to cover entire surfice. I did and also had one left over. Do not overlap the biscuits leave a space bewteen each)
  10. Sprinkle with Cinnamon and surgar.
  11. Bake for another 30 minutes or until biscuits are fully cooked and browned.
  12. Serve along or with ice cream, YUMMY!
  13. Enjoy!
  14. Sorry I do not have a photo at this time I will try and load one up later =)
