This is a biscuit/cookie - which is it - it tastes great with a cold doulp of butter and a little jam - its like that gieco ad and they will give you a muffin with butter and jam - might be a jersey thing - but hey its cute - enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted Butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Flaked Coconut
  • 1 cup Sugar

Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350-F degrees.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, cream together the butter and maple syrup with a hand-held electric mixer.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, rolled oats, coconut, and sugar; mix well. Roll the dough into 2-inch balls and place well apart on a thoroughly greased baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden.
  4. Cool on the baking sheet before removing to store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
