Mixes should be stored tightly covered in a cool, dry place. I have found that small glass jars with screw-on lids work best. Most mixes will stay fresher longer if stored in the refrigerator. Ingredients
- 1 tsp. ground szechwan pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground star anise shopping list
- 1-1/4 tsp. ground fennel seeds shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in small airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place
