- 3/4 cups vodka shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoons Essence, recipe follows shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne shopping list
- Garnish: I like celery, green olives, cocktail onions, but Emeril suggests pickled green beans or okra, as well. shopping list
- Emeril's ESSENCE Creole Seasoning: shopping list
- 2 1/2 tablespoons paprika shopping list
- 2 tablespoons salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon onion powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme shopping list
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly. shopping list
- This makes about 2/3 cup and can be used as a house spice for seasoning many different dishes. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in a small pitcher and stir to combine.
- Refrigerate until well chilled.
- Serve over ice with your choice of garnish.
