I made these for super bowl 08. They taste great and are easy! Don't forget that nacho cheese to dip it in! At super bowl there are usulally lots of different dips to choose from! Holy cow went over so well at the party! Everyone was empressed!

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg yeast
  • 1 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4-41/2 cups flour (I use 4)
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 egg beaten

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Mix yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and let set for 1 minute.
  3. Pour all the water and yeast in mixing bowl.
  4. Add sugar and salt and stir until disolved.
  5. Add flour and mix with your hands.
  6. Knead until all incorperated and soft dough.
  7. Cover with a towel and wait an hour.
  8. This will make 12 pretzels so you can make into 24 balls.
  9. Roll out into a rope that is 1/4 in-1/2 in.
  10. Fold into a pretzel shape, and place on sprayed cookie sheet.
  11. Brush lightly with egg and sprinkle with kosher salt.
  12. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
