Swiss Chicken Cutlets

- 2 thin slices swiss cheese shopping list
- 4 bonless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 4 Tbsp flour shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- 1 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 1 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 1/2 tsp oregano shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in skillet. Salt & pepper chicken to taste and dredge in flour.
- Cook chicken in butter browning on both sides.
- Add broth, wine and oregano to skillet.
- Increase heat and bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer until chicken is cooked thoroughly and sauce is slightly thickened, about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cut cheese in half and place on each chicken breast, cover until cheese is melted and serve.
