Great recipe which is very similar to mine. :) I don't have tomatoes in mine and mine has hard boiled eggs.

    Hi Shandy,
I do use cucumbers, corn and hard boil eggs just depends on who is going to eat and what they like. It is so easy to change the ingredients. Have a good day!

i often make a 'schichtsalat' (german for 'layered salad' on long soccer week-ends when watching with 'the girls')
i also use cucumber, sliced boiled ham, hard-boiled eggs....sometimes a can of corn kernels, or leave out the ham and use tuna...as you say - it is a whole meal in one - and healthy, too.
enjoyed reading your recipe, thank you! reminded me of having this healthy salad in winter, too. have a pretty day. Renate
