Ingredients
  • cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 1/2 carrot, cut into 1/2 cms thick
  • 4 meatballs cut into 1/2 cms thick
  • 1 cup of chicken breast, cubed (optional)
  • 1/2 onion, cut into cubes
  • 1 spring onion, cut into 10 cms lenght
  • 3 fresh shitake mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of chicken stock
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • salt and white pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp corn flour / corn starch mixed with 4 tbs of water

Directions
  1. with alittle oil and medium heat saute garlic until fragant, add onion until soft add meat balls, (add chicken, if you're using)
  2. add cauliflower, carrot and mushrooms and chilli pepper
  3. add chicken stock, stir, cover with lid, let it cook for 5 minutes
  4. add salt, pepper and spring onion, corn starch mixture, stirr well serve hot
