How to make it

  • In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add shallots and saute until softened.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together flour and sour cream.
  • Add to saucepan with cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring, utnl bubbly. Cook 2 minutes, stirring.
  • Remove from heat and stir in crab and ground black pepper. Keep warm.
  • In a small saucepan, poach scallops in a small amount of water or white wine for 5 to 7 minutes or just until opaque.
  • Drain and add to crab mixture.
  • Stir in cooked shirmp and cook over low heat until heated through.
  • Arrange pasta on large serving platter.
  • Top with seafood mixture.
  • Sprinkle with minced parsley.
