Indonesian Chicken Recipe
This recipe is simple to make. You can double it to enjoy leftovers. To kick it up a notch, add extra garlic, extra crushed red peppers and a dash of hot sauce. From, Cooking Light.

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp. crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 Tbl. grated peeled fresh Ginger
  • 2 Tbl. fresh Lime juice
  • 2 Tbl. Hoison Sauce
  • 1 Tbl. low-sodium Soy Sauce
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 4 (4-ounce) skinless, boneless Chicken Breat halves
  • Cooking Spray

Directions
  1. Prepare grill.
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-lock bag; add chicken to bag. Seal and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Remove from bag; discard marinade.
  3. Place the chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill 5 minutes on each side or until the chicken is done.
