Indonesian Chicken

This recipe is simple to make. You can double it to enjoy leftovers. To kick it up a notch, add extra garlic, extra crushed red peppers and a dash of hot sauce. From, Cooking Light.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper shopping list
- 1 Tbl. grated peeled fresh ginger shopping list
- 2 Tbl. fresh lime juice shopping list
- 2 Tbl. Hoison Sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbl. low-sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 4 (4-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken Breat halves shopping list

How to make it
- Prepare grill.
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-lock bag; add chicken to bag. Seal and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Remove from bag; discard marinade.
- Place the chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill 5 minutes on each side or until the chicken is done.
