My Dads Creole Barbeque Shrimp

- 2 pounds shrimp shopping list
- 2 teaspoons fine and coarse black pepper shopping list
- 2 teaspoons creole seasoning (Tony,s or other) shopping list
- 2 teaspoons paprika shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic - chopped/minced shopping list
- 6 tablespoons water shopping list
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing (Prefer -Kraft Zesty Italian) shopping list
- 2 sticks of butter ( cut into slices) shopping list
How to make it
- In a deep skillet -- combine pepper, Creole seasoning, paprika, garlic, water and Italian dressing.
- Stir, while bringing to a simmer, to prevent pepper from scorching.
- Once mixture reaches a full simmer, add shrimp.
- Simmer approximately 6 minutes (longer if shrimp is frozen)
- Add butter and allow to melt.
- Stir mixture to evenly coat all shrimp with seasoning and butter.
- Ladle into bowls and serve hot with warm French Bread for dipping.

This is an awesome recipe!! We filled up a bowl with the pot liquor and sopped it dry!! Way to go Dad!
