How to make it

  • Soften onion in olive oil
  • Add tomatoes, garlic, chutney, wine or vinegar, chili, all other ingredients.
  • Cook uncovered on low heat until mixture thickens
  • You can also chuck in any left over veg, or chop baby marrow(zucchini) mushrooms

    Thanks for the post; used this to serve with grilled chicken and fall vegetables(squash, brussel sprouts & potatoes). Nice compliment for anything grilled. Thanks again!

    Shirley is my mother. We are very lucky here in Cape Town to have an indoor barbeque and can braai come rain or shine. Hope you enjoy it!
