Ingredients
  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 package (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Diced Tomatoes in Sauce
  • 2 cans (11 oz.) whole kernel mexican corn, undrained
  • 1 can (7 oz.) chopped green chilies, undrained
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

Directions
  1. Break spaghetti in half and cook according to package.
  2. Drain; keep warm.
  3. Cook ground beef in a large, nonstick skillet with taco seasoning mix according to directions on seasoning package.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, corn, green chilies, and green onions.
  5. Cook over medium heat until bubbling.
  6. Toss tomato mixture with spaghetti in large bowl until well blended.
  7. Top with cheese and serve.
